ABOUT SEEDS OF LOVE

ADULT PSYCHOTHERAPY

INDIVIDUAL GROUPS

I am an experienced psychotherapist, qualified and accredited, working in the Psychotherapy field for over twenty years.

Supporting people with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, loss, divorce, family issues, relationship issues, separation, abandonment, rejection, identity, work-life (bullying, harassment), parenting, personal growth & development.

From my therapy practice, I will work with you face-to-face (preferably), online, or via phone. My therapy approach is integrative. It means I can use a range of different approaches, but I like and value using psychodynamic psychotherapy the most. It is my main and favourite approach. Working with the MBT approach while treating a borderline personality disorder is very useful.  I offer assessments to understand your difficulties better, accommodate your needs, and create the best fit for your particular difficulties.

I offer a safe but positively challenging environment. I am compassionate and supportive, encouraging my clients to make great changes to grow.

I have been always dreaming of serving human beings in our beautiful world. I have the ability to be vulnerable and to grow from failure.

I also believe i can all of my wildest dreams achieve if only i persevere. I wanted to plant love seeds in your heart.

Dream your dreams, always hold your head up and keep moving forward. The best is yet to come.
