Psychotherapy
Which problems could psychotherapy actually help with?
You can reach out for psychotherapy when you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, loss, relationship problems, low self-esteem, emotions that feel a bit knotted, or even major life shifts. You also get a chance to say what you really feel and think in a safe, private setting, where nobody judges you or pushes you too fast.
What therapeutic techniques do you provide?
At “Seeds of Love clinic” , you may receive a more integrative approach. This could include psychodynamic psychotherapy, mentalization-based therapy, person-centered therapy, interpersonal therapy and, if it seems fitting, creative therapy too like art therapy and music therapy.
How long does each session last?
Most sessions are usually around 50 minutes. Your consultant will explain the best possible length for your therapy session in the first meeting, so you know what to expect.
How often should I come for therapy?
Usually , many clients begin with one session per week. After that , sessions can become once every two weeks, or maybe even once a month, depending on how things progress.
Is everything we talk about in therapy kept confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a key part of therapy. Any of your personal information, and what you share in communications, stays private, unless there are some rare exceptions when your safety could be at risk.
Can I start therapy even if I’ve never done counseling before?
Yes , absolutely. Plenty of people come in for the first time. Your therapist will guide you through it step by step , so you don’t feel overwhelmed or stuck.
Do you offer online therapy, or is it only face-to-face?
Yes. “Seeds of Love” provides a few therapy choices online or face to face , whatever setup feels best for you, really.
How can I tell if we’re a good match?
The connection between you and your therapist matters a lot for real progress. The first session is a good time to ask the questions you’ve been carrying around about the process and how sessions would work.
Do I need a referral from my GP just to book an appointment?
Most of the time , no referral is required. You can just contact “Seeds of Love” and start your therapy journey right away.
How do I book the first session?
This is an easy process. All you need to do is contact “Seeds of Love” via the forms provided on the website, via email, or by phone.
